Risorse Verdi was founded in Rome in January 1998 on the initiative of agronomists with highly diversified professional experiences; thanks to this peculiarity, the Firm operates in the various areas of the agricultural and agro-industrial sector, using the technical support of a staff capable of satisfying a wide spectrum of needs, creating synergies and developing partnerships with some of the major operators in the agricultural and food sector.

This versatile feature has allowed Risorse Verdi to conduct its consulting and assistance activities for Italian and foreign agricultural, agri-food and commercial companies in a transversal, competent, up-to-date and efficient way.

The Risorse division, with the support of partners with long technical and commercial experience, operates in the field of management consulta,ncy and in support of the various functions, aimed at manufacturing, commercial and service companies both national and foreign.

Advice aimed at completing the negotiation following the identification of the useful suppliers and optimizing the commercial relationship. Support to the Purchasing function in defining supplier assessment procedures, in control plans, in defining specifications and purchasing specifications Support for the supplier assessment phase through the execution of second-party audits at the suppliers' production sites

 Logistics

Advice in terms of identifying the best solution for transporting incoming and outgoing products of the company. Choice between using an external or internal structure. Support to the Logistics function in the choice of logistics partners and in the definition of service requirements.

 Quality

Consultancy to implement the quality system by introducing all the useful rules and procedures to obtain the desired Quality certificates. Consultancy aimed at creating a business climate for maintaining the requirements imposed on the Quality System over time.  

 Security

Consultancy aimed at introducing and implementing a corporate security system, analyzing all internal and external risk elements.

 Relations with public administration institutions

Assistance in order to arrive at a complete harmonization with the different Structures and Public Institutions.

 Personnel Management and Human Resources

Consultancy aimed at optimizing personnel by implementing all the studies necessary for the proper and effective management of Human Resources.
